I have worked with Bay Roofing and Simon Stephens for a few years now. Bay Roofing are fully accredited with ICB (Waterproofing) Ltd to install the alwitra membranes. The biggest project undertaken was the new Ark Centre in Newquay which totalled close to 2000m2.
Simon and the Bay roofing team carried out sympathetic repairs to a well know landmark in Torquay on our behalf. They advised us on suitable high quality products which have cured long standing water ingress were other contractors failed in the past. Bay Roofing’s quality of detail makes them our number one destination with any repairs or advice that we need.
